Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for logistics and warehouse operations.
- Design and develop front‑end user interfaces, dashboards and operational screens.
- Develop back‑end APIs, business logic and system integrations.
- Integrate applications with WMS, ERP, EDI and third‑party systems.
- Develop SQL queries, reports and database procedures for operational and management reporting.
- Support automation initiatives for warehouse and transport operations.
- Troubleshoot application integration and database issues.
- Ensure system performance, security and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, finance and IT teams to understand business requirements.
- Participate in system enhancement testing, deployment and user support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and version control.
- Support cloud on‑premises infrastructure and application deployments where required.
