The Pitch Content Manager, Global Client Pursuits

The Pitch Content Manager will craft and manage engaging pitch content that showcases the firm’s legal business, market capabilities, and value propositions, addressing key client issues. The role is part of a high‑performing global pursuits team that leads on high‑value strategic pitches and builds centralized content templates and resources for lawyers and other teams.

Key responsibilities include working with partners, lawyers, knowledge‑management and business‑development professionals to produce differentiated pitch material, oversee a content coordinator, and maintain the firm’s pitch automation platform and SharePoint library.

• Write compelling value propositions and legal solution descriptions for pitch documents, collaborating with partners and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage centrally curated pitch content on the pitch automation platform for seamless firmwide access.
• Conduct audits of existing pitch content to identify gaps, refresh and rewrite material in line with evolving business needs and client feedback.
• Engage in proactive, insightful continuous content enhancements, reviewing resource usage and structuring content collections.
• Collaborate with Global Client Pursuits experts worldwide to identify needs for new content, refresh existing content, and obtain regular feedback.
• Share best practices and deliver training on pitch content writing and management.
• Serve as the editorial gatekeeper for content in the firm’s central pitch automation software and SharePoint library, establishing protocols and processes to ensure quality, clarity, creativity, collaboration, and consistency.
• Align content usage, maintenance, and access with evolving technology platforms and generative AI features.
• Develop and share analytics and regular reports on pitch content usage trends to identify gaps and address them.
• Participate in other key content infrastructure or related projects as needed.

• A bachelor’s degree with strong business and commercial writing experience.
• Experience in business development within professional services, ideally law firms, with hands‑on experience in proposal development or similar content writing.
• Strong organizational, project‑management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders, colleagues, and remote teams of BD/marketing professionals.
• A flexible, can‑do attitude; motivated and enthusiastic personal drive and energy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good presentation abilities.
