About the Role

The Professional Services Consultant has deep expertise in LNRS solutions and their role in compliance. They lead international client projects, driving customer engagement and building strong stakeholder relationships. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the clients’ projects including preparation and planning, implementation, configuration, data review, training and handover to other teams. They also provide internal support and expertise to the wider Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional Analysis:
    Understands compliance and sanctions risk management, relates it to product and service within the firm, and applies best practices to customer implementations.
  • Investigates and analyzes client business activities and processes to make them more efficient and compliant using LNRS Firco solutions.
  • Reviews and validates functional and non‑functional requirements to ensure that the correct type of implementation is performed.
  • Determines the types of products and services required by clients.
  • Organizes and executes deep business‑focused health checks and audits for clients.
  • Participates in and performs external and internal training.
  • Implementation:
    Delivers, installs and configures all LNRS applications to specified requirements, provides technical training and transfer of knowledge, and performs functional customization.
  • Acts as a technical expert in LNRS products and has knowledge of third‑party software interfacing with LNRS solutions.
  • Troubleshoots customer issues during implementation.
  • Aids development of strategies for improving implementation processes, services and standards.
  • Tracks incidents through an incident tracking system and ensures proper hand‑over to the Support team.
  • Presales:
    Supports sales efforts to grow the business, interacts with the Sales and Pre‑Sales teams, and assists during pre‑sales RFI/RFP processes.
  • Assists with development and validation of Statement of Work covering all activities necessary to deliver the solution after the sales cycle has concluded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and enablers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • 3‑5 years’ experience working within the financial industry in a consulting or business analysis role.
  • Prefer experience in the financial industry and knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, etc).
  • Understanding of API and JSON for data interchange integration.
  • MS Office expertise, including strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Experience with Unix and Windows.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL (Oracle 19, SQLServer 2019+).
