Customer Insights & Analytics Partner (2 FTE across Middle East)
We will be hiring 2 full‑time positions. Candidates will be hired in their current country/location.
PurposeAs the Customer Insights and Analytics Partner you are the key driver for customer centricity and personalizing our customer engagement model through a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and preferences across the Middle East.
You will design the cross‑Middle East Customer Insights Strategy to address diverse business questions and deliver on our CX ambitions.
Responsibilities- Guiding local insight generation and segmentation processes with a clear governance structure (global & local).
- Connecting with the Global Insights Team to ensure that guidance and framework are appropriate for the region.
- Overseeing the roll‑out of customer journey mapping in the Middle East and increasing adoption.
- Managing market research vendor relationships and local market research activities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and validate customer segments for the strategy.
- Measuring the effectiveness of digital campaigns and sharing insights to inform learning cycles.
- Providing analytics and insights reports (Partner Index, CI, market surveys, DA/Brand research) to support DCE Network team.
- Delivering strategic analysis and direction for business planning and forecasting.
- Establishing two‑way communication with LATAM and sharing regional needs and feedback.
- Articulating actionable customer insights for all customer types and ensuring high‑quality data and reporting.
- Collecting feedback and best practices from affiliates to foster a culture of sharing and learning.
- Providing leadership and subject‑matter expertise to support data‑driven decisions, researching new algorithms and technologies.
- Managing and complying with regulatory requirements related to customer insights activities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, digital, economic or business field; advanced degree in life sciences or MBA a plus.
- Experience in Digital Marketing and marketing business analytics.
- Confirmed segmentation and/or insights generation experience.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects.
- Visionary leadership, innovative strategic approaches, holistic insights.
- Team building, bold decision support, action orientation.
- Prioritisation clarity, amplification of successful initiatives.
- Transform data into actionable insights; build skills and mindsets.
- Collaborative network ways of working, risk‑taking, experimentation, learning agility, outcomes‑based planning, systems thinking, customer centricity, deep listening, insights generation, social media listening, segmentation & profiling, performance analytics.
