We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst with Fintech Experience (Digital Wallet).
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst with fintech experience to support our digital wallet project. The role focuses on analyzing and documenting requirements for the client onboarding process, including KYC workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for client onboarding features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze and model business processes related to KYC and compliance
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Validate requirements with development and QA teams
- Assist in user acceptance testing and go-live preparations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech projects, with a strong preference for digital wallets
- Understanding of KYC processes and AML regulations
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Background in AWS or cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
