This is not a typical social media role. We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Operator to join us on-site in Dubai Silicon Oasis. What you will really own
Your scope in this role- Prepare, publish and manage daily content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and other channels.
- Set up, monitor and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Coordinate closely with content and video teams for smooth daily execution.
- Handle multiple accounts, campaigns and publishing schedules in a structured way.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager / Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of daily publishing, ad execution and audience targeting.
- Fast, reliable and execution-focused mindset.
- Structured and detail-oriented with no problem handling volume.
- English required. AI tools are a plus.
- Stable on-site role in Dubai.
- High-volume environment with real campaign and content output.
- Direct exposure to performance marketing and social media operations.
