Business Analyst – SAP S​/Hana

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP ERP Projects, specifically S/4

HANA, to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in analyzing and translating business processes and requirements into effective SAP S/4

HANA solutions. Your work will involve collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business needs, perform gap analysis, and recommend innovative solutions to improve business operations.

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document their requirements, processes, and goals.
• Assess and analyze current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Perform gap analysis to determine functional and technical needs for SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations or enhancements.
• Design and configure SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions to address business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with technical teams to create functional specifications, facilitate system testing, and support the SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation process.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users during and after the implementation phase.
• Ensure that solutions comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4
  
  HANA features and advancements, and offer recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• SAP Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and its modules.
• Process Insight:
  Strong understanding of business processes and their optimization.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Proficient in managing relationships and communicating with stakeholders.
• ERP Migration Understanding:
  Familiarity with the ERP migration journey and its challenges.

You will be reporting directly to the Program Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and operations, especially in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in various SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules, including Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance, and Reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to convert complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA certification is advantageous.
