Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on Oracle solutions.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for EBS modules.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle EBS features and technologies.
• Resolve technical issues in Oracle applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct system testing and performance tuning for optimal Oracle application functionality.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for Oracle applications.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle applications.
• Participate in project planning and estimation for Oracle implementations.

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle Forms 10g
• Expertise in Oracle Reports 10g
• Familiarity with Oracle Discoverer
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS APIs
• Understanding of Oracle EBS standards, architecture, and database objects

• SCM (Supply Chain Management) Modules
• Finance Modules

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle application development
• Preferred experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
