IT Support Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to join our technical team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a technology-focused professional who can provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations within a professional consultancy environment.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system stability.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Ensure data security through regular backups and antivirus protection.
• Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset records.
• Assist in software updates, system maintenance, and technology upgrades.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
