Within this segment, Eaton has an opening for a Senior and experienced Global Program Engineer Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers. The role is a globally focused leadership role within the Post‑Order CoE, accountable for driving consistent execution, operational alignment, and customer outcomes across Eaton’s largest hyperscale data center accounts. This role ensures that Eaton delivers as One Eaton for hyperscale customers by coordinating post‑order activities across regions, business units, and functions.
WhatYou’ll Do Strategic Account Operations Leadership
- Act as the global post‑order CoE operational lead for assigned hyperscale strategic accounts.
- Ensure Eaton delivers as One Global Organization, with consistent execution models and customer experience worldwide.
- Serve as the primary operations interface between Eaton and hyperscale customers after contract award.
- Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and execution capabilities across regions.
- Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks for hyperscale customers.
- Lead cross‑regional operating reviews focused on schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish performance visibility through dashboards, metrics, and structured reporting.
- Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks across global deployments.
- Lead structured mitigation plans and escalations in partnership with regional and functional leaders.
- Ensure rapid issue resolution while maintaining strong customer confidence and trust.
- Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams.
- Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed global environment without direct line authority.
- Support alignment between Global Account Management, regional sales teams, and post‑order execution.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency, predictability, and scalability for hyperscale programs.
- Capture lessons learned and deployed best practices across regions and accounts.
- Support digitalization and process maturity initiatives aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS) principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.
- Experience in data centers, mission‑critical infrastructure, power systems, or large‑scale capital projects.
- Familiarity with global framework agreements, long‑cycle projects, and multi‑region execution models.
- Experience working across EMEA, with exposure to Americas and APAC operations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
