Job Description

• Procurement Coordination:
  Oversee the procurement process for IT equipment and software, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Vendor Management:
  Research and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable pricing terms.
• Requirement Gathering:
  Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the most suitable solutions.
• Inventory Management:
  Track and manage inventory and orders to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Vendor Relations:
  Assist in managing vendor relationships, ensuring strong and effective partnerships.
• End-User Support:
  Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding IT purchases and procurement policies.
• Process Optimization:
  Monitor and enhance purchasing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Budget Support:
  Assist in planning and forecasting budgets for IT purchases.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
• Certifications:
  
  Industry certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM).
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience in the IT industry or familiarity with IT equipment and software.
• Skills:
  
  Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Work Ethic:
  Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
