Qlik Sense Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Qlik Sense Developer with 4‑5 years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and dashboard development. The role involves end‑to‑end BI lifecycle ownership—from requirement gathering and scripting to advanced visualization and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Qlik Sense, Qlik View, QVD‑based ETL processes, Set Analysis, Section Access, and QMC administration.

The position demands the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, translate analytical needs into scalable dashboards, and deliver high‑performance data solutions across multiple locations.

• Design, develop, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards and analytical reports aligned with business requirements.
• Lead full‑cycle BI development including requirement gathering, scripting, data modeling, visualization, and production rollout.
• Build and optimize QVD layers, ETL pipelines, incremental loads, and complex Qlik scripts for scalable data processing.
• Implement Set Analysis, expressions, variables, and dynamic KPIs for advanced analytics.
• Develop secure dashboards using Section Access and Qlik security rules.
• Integrate multiple data sources (Excel, CSV, SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL) using ODBC/OLEDB connections.
• Manage Qlik apps using QMC for publishing, stream assignments, reload task scheduling, and monitoring.
• Create and automate reports using Qlik NPrinting.
• Build responsive dashboards with enhanced UX using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS where required.
• Debug reload failures, performance‑tune scripts, and maintain data accuracy across dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams to validate KPIs, reverse‑engineer logic from other BI systems, and ensure reporting consistency.

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in Qlik Sense and Qlik View development.
• Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, SQL, data modeling, and ETL architectures using QVD frameworks.
• Experience with Section Access, Qlik security rules, and enterprise‑grade BI governance.
• Proficiency with Qlik NPrinting and QMC administration.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources via ODBC/OLEDB connectors.
• Exposure to Power BI, Python scripting, and basic AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to build responsive UI dashboards and custom visuals using JavaScript/HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional BI environments with strong problem‑solving capability.
