Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales activities with all Third Party Issuer Processors (TPPs) in the CEMEA region.
- Partner with product and processing teams to prioritize the implementation of Visa solutions such as tokenization, push payments, and digital issuance.
- Develop and manage aggressive account plans focused on Visa processing products, emerging digital solutions, and white-labeled services.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with processor executives and key stakeholders.
- Identify strategic opportunities by aligning client payment processing strategies with Visa’s overall business goals.
- Prepare proposals and RFPs, and negotiate complex contractual relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the reporting of CEMEA Processing Partnership sales plans and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
- 12-15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent with an Advanced Degree).
- 10 years of experience in Pre-Sales or business development within the payments industry.
- Deep knowledge of issuer processing, trends, and the CEMEA TPP landscape.
- Proven track record in managing and closing complex sales efforts.
- Strong expertise in negotiating business agreements and managing high-level executive relationships.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and technical/operational project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
