Senior User Experience; UX Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the rework of the user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing
• Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs, pain points, and preferences
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies
• Evaluate existing UI to identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions to enhance usability
• Streamline complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture
• Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to validate design choices and iterate on improvements
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, values, and visual guidelines

• Proven work experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical feasibility
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for complex design challenges
