AI Product Manager

About the Role

Adecco is recruiting for an AI Product Manager for a client in financial services. This is a permanent placement position based in UAE. We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based solution for a startup. This solution will assist CEOs in gaining insights from business data (including ERP data), aiding decision-making, and automating report and graph generation.

Given the focus on the fin-tech industry, experience with AI applications for customer service, cybersecurity, and compliance is also of interest.

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts
  , including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of data science principles
  , including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation metrics, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines (SVM), and neural networks.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, and SQL

  Experience with libraries and frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras is beneficial.
• Ability to work with large datasets, including data collection, data cleaning, data exploration, and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of model deployment techniques
  , including containerization (e.g., Docker), cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and model serving frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow Serving, Flask).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
  , such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying agile practices to AI product development cycles.
• Domain-specific knowledge and expertise (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce) are valuable for understanding user needs, industry regulations, and competitive landscapes.
