The Partner Development Manager (PDM) is a transformational role for Software One’s Channel business worldwide, and as such is the employee responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive set of partners and their development and core functions.
Responsibilities- Build, recruit, and develop a high-quality, diverse partner ecosystem to support channel growth in the assigned territory.
- Manage partner performance through outreach, business planning, onboarding, and ongoing enablement, including collaboration with Cloud and internal teams.
- Drive partner adoption of Software One offerings and create scalable, value-driven partner experiences that generate revenue and profit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute strategy, run campaigns, and align on regional goals.
- Leverage market insight and performance data to distribute leads, support decision-making, and identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas within the partner landscape.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Skilled in relationship building, verbal and written communication, problem solving, researching partner and program information, planning, scheduling and organizing work.
- Strong Partner management experience.
- Good understanding of Software licensing and Cloud offerings.
- Basic understanding of key technologies and trends in the cloud domain, modern workplace, cloud operating models, and cloud economics.
- Preferably knowledgeable with Microsoft’s licensing programs and product stack.
- Partner Network and Channel knowledge.
- Fluent business English (C-level).
- Additional languages beneficial.
