Functional Consultant- SAP Business One ERP
Responsibilities
Implement SAP B1 ERP modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production, Project Management, and Add‑on modules.
Conduct product presentations for SAP Business One.
Prepare functional specifications, business blueprint, test plans, and AS‑IS documentation.
Identify customer requirements and map business processes.
Create reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
Manage data: validation, master data transformation, and transactional data migration using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
Perform integration testing with other systems.
Train users, provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and training on SAP products.
Analyze current business processes, document requirements, and recommend solutions.
Design, configure, and test SAP modules to meet client requirements.
Provide functional design documentation for the technical team for reports, add‑ons, and PLDs.
Support clients by investigating, analyzing, and solving problems.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years experience as SAP B1 Functional Consultant.
- End‑to‑End ERP implementation experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP Business One modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production, Project Management, and Add‑on modules.
- Product presentation experience for SAP Business One.
- Proficiency with Crystal Reports, query reporting, Fixed Assets, and Product Costing.
- Knowledge of Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) for master data management.
- Ability to design PLDs and update opening balances using DTW.
