Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics
365 solutions, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide expert techno‑functional guidance and troubleshoot critical issues across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance modules to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and execute advanced customizations and integrations, eg ERP and CRM systems and data migrations for Dynamics.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
Master’s preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft Dynamics
365 (Finance & Operations, CRM/CE) implementation and support. Proven expertise in both functional aspects—including business process analysis and configuration—and technical development.
