Strategy & Analytics is a fast‑growing, dynamic team within the Strategic Partnerships department. The team develops solutions for Agoda’s non‑accommodation partners and promotes Agoda’s top and bottom‑line growth, handling profitability optimization, target setting, KPI management, data analytics and business strategy.

• Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC for the Strategic Partnerships team based on analytical insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Leverage data and tools to analyze SP performance and identify levers to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams inside and outside SP to drive initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize a performance management system for the department, including a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; design and maintain data tools.
• Prepare performance reports, proposals, and recommendations for senior management.
• Optimize pricing strategy and make decisions based on A/B experiments.

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven ability to apply analytics and quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems and provide actionable recommendations.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and hands‑on mindset.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Tableau knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
