Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, printers and peripheral devices.
- Software installations and upgrades.
- PC relocation and workstation setup.
- Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories; monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).
- MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA certification will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to travel across SIBCA offices and facilities in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and UAQ.
- Own vehicle preferred.
