Quantum Talent Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced ITSM Process Manager to own and govern ITSM processes across Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management. You will lead the Change Advisory Board, ensuring risk assessments and stakeholder communications are streamlined.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 5 years of Service Management experience. ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required, and you'll work closely with project teams and service operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
