We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Measurement Specialist to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for a leading corporate brand. The role focuses on optimizing campaign performance, developing measurement frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Deliverables- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, and search channels.
- Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to track ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize targeting, creative, and spend.
- Manage A/B tests and conversion tracking to improve results.
- Oversee agencies and ensure accurate tagging and reporting.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in campaign optimization and ROI improvement.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in performance-driven B2B or service industry marketing.
- Certifications in Google Marketing Platform, Meta Blueprint, or related tools.
- Familiarity with attribution models, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Experience working on regional or multinational campaigns across GCC markets.
