Strategy and Innovation Associate

We are looking for a talented and experienced Strategy and Innovation Associate (UAE National) who will support the Director in research, analysis and coordination of enterprise-level strategic and innovation initiatives. The associate will be highly analytical and intellectually curious with structured exposure to corporate strategy, market positioning and enterprise growth initiatives within a technology-driven environment. This role is structured as a development pathway for future strategy and growth leadership positions within the organization, providing exposure to enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross‑functional execution.

• Strategic Research and Market Analysis – conduct market research, industry scans and competitive benchmarking; support preparation of strategic landscape assessments and trend analysis reports; track macroeconomic trends, analyst insights, and competitor movements; assist in developing structured strategy presentations and executive summaries.
• Analyst and Ecosystem Support – coordinate analyst engagements (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.); compile research summaries and briefing notes for leadership; assist in drafting positioning materials and industry engagement documents; track key industry events and ecosystem developments.
• Innovation and Growth Support – evaluate new service opportunities and adjacent market expansion areas; support development of structured business case inputs and financial assumptions; conduct preliminary research on partnership and expansion opportunities; coordinate cross‑functional inputs for strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Support – support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO Office and Group Strategy team; assist in research and coordination related to inorganic growth and potential M&A opportunities; contribute to market intelligence development and competitive positioning analysis; support preparation of briefing materials for analyst, consultant and regulatory engagements.
• Executive Presentation Support – prepare structured PowerPoint slides and executive‑level summaries; translate research findings into clear, concise insight‑driven narratives; support scenario analysis and data consolidation for leadership updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, analytics, or similar analytical roles.
• Internship exposure to strategy, finance, corporate development, or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Experience in PowerPoint‑intensive roles and strong presentation storytelling skills.
• Strong research and structured analytical capability; excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Ability to work independently with guidance; curiosity about technology, cybersecurity, and market dynamics.
