Oracle Senior Technical Consultants

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on‑premise solutions, ensuring high‑quality implementations and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in‑depth technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to optimize Oracle environments for performance, security, and cost‑efficiency.
• Design and implement robust Oracle database architectures, including high availability, disaster recovery, and data integration strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, providing expert‑level support and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver successful projects.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior consultants and client staff, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Manage and oversee technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Holds relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect).
• Demonstrates eight or more years of experience in Oracle technologies, with a strong focus on consulting and solution architecture.
• Exhibits deep understanding of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Has proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Shows expertise in data integration and migration strategies, including ETL tools and methodologies.
• Possesses strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Is fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Exhibits a proactive and results‑oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
