Responsibilities
Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and support activities including:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Coordinate with business users to gather functional requirements and process flows
- Support testing activities: UAT, issue tracking, and preparation of SOPs, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials
- Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
- Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and integrations
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities
- Conduct end‑user training and system walkthrough sessions
- Prepare project status reports and implementation updates
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, changes, and support tickets
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Knowledge of functional modules such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or CRM (advantage)
- Basic technical understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, or integrations (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms (added advantage)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP support, business applications, or techno‑functional consulting
- Freshers with strong academic background and ERP knowledge may also apply
- Internship/project experience in ERP or digital transformation projects is preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP consulting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams
- Professional attitude and customer‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
