Key Responsibilities
- SEO:
Execute robust on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on major search engines; conduct continuous keyword research and manage exhaustive negative keyword lists; optimize website architecture, URLs, schema markup, image tags, and local SEO including Google Business Profile; write and refine compelling SEO titles, meta descriptions, and landing page content to maximize click‑through rates (CTR). - Paid Advertising:
Plan, build, and optimize high‑converting Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) targeted at corporate and individual clients; manage and scale paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok; continuously conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to lower CPA and improve ROAS. - Content Creation:
Develop a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business promotions, seasonal trends, and service launches; produce high‑quality visual and text assets for digital platforms including professional social media reels, short‑form videos, and static banners; oversee basic mobile videography and content creation using high‑end mobile hardware and cinematic transitions. - Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics4, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms; translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
3–5 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, or similar; experience in lead‑generation industries (corporate services, consultancy, B2B) highly preferred. - SEO Expertise:
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). - Ad Platform Mastery:
Hands‑on experience managing substantial budgets on Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. - Content & Tech Savvy:
Strong visual design sense, basic video editing skills, and knowledge of mobile content production workflows (formatting for Instagram Reels/Tik Tok). - Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write sharp, persuasive ad copy. - Analytical Mindset:
Strong data‑analysis skills focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
