Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Egypt)

About

The Role

This opportunity is suitable for an experienced, hands‑on digital marketing specialist responsible for driving and optimizing digital performance across all key platforms (social media, websites, search, and online campaigns) across the MEA region. The role focuses on ensuring that all digital activities deliver measurable results, maximizing traffic quality, improving user journeys, and converting visitors into qualified leads. This includes analyzing multi‑market performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and continuously enhancing outcomes through data‑driven insights and AI‑enabled optimization.

Working closely with HQ and affiliates, the role provides guidance, shares best practices, and enables scalable growth by translating performance data into clear actions, innovative ideas, and continuous improvements across markets.

Digital Performance & Strategy
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, search, and paid media campaigns to drive high‑quality traffic and lead generation
  • Ensure all digital activities are performance‑driven, with a strong focus on conversion (visitor → lead), ROI, and business impact
  • Continuously optimize channel mix, budgets, and campaign performance based on data insights
Channel Management & Optimization
  • Oversee and optimize digital channels including SEO, SEM, display, email, and social media
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable improvements
AI & Marketing Technology
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign optimization, content ideation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to improve efficiency and lead management
  • Stay updated on emerging AI and digital trends, recommending practical applications to improve performance
Website & User Experience
  • Oversee website performance, ensuring alignment with brand, business goals, and lead generation objectives
  • Drive continuous improvements in UX, content relevance, and conversion pathways
  • Coordinate resolution of website issues and ensure smooth functionality across platforms
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and continuously optimized
Content & Market Insights
  • Analyze consumer behavior, content trends, and competitor activities to enhance digital effectiveness
  • Ensure content across platforms is relevant, engaging, and aligned with target audiences
  • Collaborate on landing pages and campaign content to improve engagement and conversion
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance across all digital platforms and markets
  • Track KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and leads
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Brand Watch) for clear visibility and decision‑making
  • Evaluate end‑to‑end customer journeys across channels to identify optimization opportunities
Regional Coordination & Digital Ecosystem
  • Consolidate and analyze performance across markets, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support affiliates with best practices, performance guidance, and knowledge sharing
