Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer and Digital Specialist, UAE National, who will be a key member of both the Marketing and IT Operations teams. The specialist will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Technology. The specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital platforms, including website content management, outbound marketing and engagement through the CRM, social media content production, and the creation of digital brand assets.

The primary focus of the role is the development and execution of engaging technology-enabled campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across Client's digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Website and Digital Platform Management:
    Administer, maintain, and update the company websites using approved Content Management Systems; ensure website functionality, availability, performance, and reliability across environments; manage website patching, version updates, plugins, and third‑party integrations in line with security policies; coordinate vulnerability remediation and security improvements in collaboration with IT and GRC; conduct regular platform health checks, performance reviews, and access control audits; ensure hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure components are properly maintained;

    optimize website structure for UX, SEO best practices, accessibility, and performance; create and maintain landing pages, blog posts, and digital content aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Technology and CRM Operations:
    Configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and related CRM modules in coordination with the Microsoft Platform Engineering team; plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns through D365; manage segmentation, data quality, consent management, and automation workflows in D365; ensure CRM configurations and integrations comply with corporate security, privacy, and DP policies; monitor campaign performance metrics such as open and click‑through rates, deliverability and engagement, and implement optimization improvements.
  • Social Media and Digital Channel Operations:
    Manage the company's social media presence across platforms including Linked In, You Tube, Google Business, and other key channels; develop, design, schedule, and publish posts, videos, and paid campaigns; grow the company's Linked In presence through strategic posting, thought leadership, and engagement; maintain correct configuration of accounts, permissions, and integrations across social platforms; monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and provide structured reporting.
  • Creative Asset Development and Brand Execution:
    Develop and produce digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media using approved tools; ensure all assets align with corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels; develop and manage video content workflows for You Tube and other platforms; ensure digital content is technically optimized for different platforms, format, and devices.
  • Campaign Performance and Analytics:
    Create digital content to support integrated marketing campaigns across websites, CRM, and social channels; track and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion performance; conduct A/B testing and performance‑drive optimization initiatives; maintain dashboards and performance reports for Marketing and Business stakeholders.
  • Security Governance and Compliance:
    Ensure all marketing tools and platforms are configured and operated in line with corporate IT security policies; perform periodic access reviews for CMS, CRM, and social media platforms in coordination with IT and GRC; support audit activities and provide required documentation for internal and external compliance assessments; maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change history.
