Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-chain integrations across Ethereum, Bitcoin, TRON, and Polygon.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts with a focus on security and reliability.
• Implement wallet infrastructure, key management, and transaction signing flows.
• Integrate with blockchain nodes and third‑party APIs including RPCs, block explorers, oracles.
• Develop payment processing pipelines including invoicing, matching, and settlement.
• Build robust transaction monitoring, status tracking, and reconciliation systems.
• Implement webhook delivery systems and merchant‑facing APIs.
• Optimise for performance, reliability, and 99.9 uptime.
• Implement security best practices across wallet flows and transaction handling.
• Support KYC, AML, PCI‑DSS compliance requirements within the engineering layer.
• Contribute to audit trails, logging, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Participate in security reviews and code audits.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams on architecture and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Write clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

• 3‑4 years of software development experience with hands‑on blockchain/Web3 work.
• Blockchain expertise:
  Ethereum, Bitcoin, Layer‑2 solutions such as Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism.
• Languages:
  
  Node.js, Python, Go, Solidity.
• Architecture:
  Microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven design.
• Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure with containerisation via Docker/Kubernetes.
• Security:
  Cryptography, key management, and security best practices.

• Familiarity with fintech, payment systems, or digital assets.
• Understanding of KYC/AML compliance concepts in a blockchain context.
• Knowledge of stable coins, DeFi protocols, and token standards (ERC‑20, TRC‑20).
• Awareness of payment flows, settlement, and reconciliation mechanics.

• Detail‑oriented with strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Clear communicator who can document and explain technical decisions.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum team environments.
• Self‑driven with a track record of shipping reliable code.
