Position
System Coordinator

The System Coordinator
- Customer Service, will be responsible for end-to-end system coordination and back‑office support for Customer Service and Field Sales operations within the Sales & Distribution domain. The role ensures seamless integration between field sales applications and SAP, monitors transactional flow, supports trade and commercial activities, and acts as a key coordination point between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Provide operational and system support to Field Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Support Field Sales applications including Journey Plan updates and OTP generation for pre‑sales activities.
- Handle Consumer App CRM cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor integration transactions between field systems and SAP.
- Track and resolve EDI / IDOC failures and ensure successful posting in SAP.
- Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of sales and distribution transactions.
- Manage Trade Deal updates in SAP and related external applications.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, and trade agreement execution.
- Identify and report system issues to Agthia IT team.
- Follow up on resolution and ensure timely closure.
- UAT for any enhancements/ changes in SAP or any other applications.
- Create Purchase Requisition s (PR) for business requirements.
- Generate SRN for vendor payments and coordinate closure.
- Work closely with vendors on system‑related projects and issue resolution.
- Manage SMS sub‑account operations.
- Support marketing SMS and transactional messaging services.
- Coordinate with System Controller, Customer Service Supervisors, Branch teams, IT, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in any.
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in store keeping, retail, or customer service is required.
- SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) support
- EDI / IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting
- Field sales system operations
- CRM support (Consumer applications)
- Vendor coordination and IT issue tracking
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Preferably in Technical along with Business.
