About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Pre‑Sales Consultant to support the growth of its Smart Home and Smart Hospitality business across the Middle East. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between customers, channel partners, sales teams, and technical teams by designing tailored solutions, supporting business development initiatives, and driving successful project implementation. This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, commercial awareness, and customer‑facing expertise within the smart home, IoT, security, or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop customised smart home and smart hospitality solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with sales teams to support client presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities.
- Build, develop, and support channel partner relationships across the Middle East region.
- Deliver product training and technical enablement programmes for channel partners and customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Support tender submissions, solution proposals, and technical documentation preparation.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to sales and product teams.
- Assist in driving business growth through effective channel development and partner engagement.
- Support successful deployment and implementation of smart technology solutions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre‑sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
- Proven experience within smart home, security systems, IoT, smart building, hospitality technology, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong customer engagement and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting B2B sales cycles and key account opportunities.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working within the Middle East region is preferred.
- Exposure to channel management and partner development is highly advantageous.
