Strong Junior​/Middle Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team and lead full‑cycle software projects from discovery to delivery.

• Plan and manage end-to-end project life cycles from discovery to delivery.
• Coordinate and track project activities across multiple teams.
• Set priorities, timelines, and allocate resources.
• Estimate projects for new clients and define realistic roadmaps.
• Communicate with customers, manage expectations clearly and transparently.
• Handle risks, dependencies, and change management.
• Analyze and document requirements; prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers) using Agile methodologies.
• Maintain knowledge of how software products are built and delivered.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• English B2 or higher; written and verbal communication with team and client.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, Notion.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Business‑oriented mindset focused on delivering value.
• Technical background or previous experience in development.
• Account Management experience.
• Experience improving delivery processes or PM workflows.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
