Responsible for daily operational support, monitoring and maintenance of identity and access management systems within the Digital Identity Tower. This role supports user provisioning, access governance, and secure authentication operations across enterprise and telecom environments, ensuring compliance and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform user provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access reviews using Microsoft Active Directory and Nokia NIAM.
- Support authentication and authorization mechanisms for directory and application-level access.
- Monitor identity events, password resets, and group membership changes, ensuring adherence to access control policies.
- Assist in Red Hat SSO integration and maintain user federation configurations.
- Execute privilege and role assignment reviews and handle access revocation for inactive or offboarded accounts.
- Participate in daily operational checks, access validation, and audit trail maintenance.
- Maintain operational documentation for IAM systems, procedures, and access management workflows.
8–5 operational coverage, morning and evening shifts with on-call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.
FocusManaging user and system identities to ensure secure, authenticated, and authorized access across the MSS landscape.
Technology AreaIdentity and Access Management (IAM):
Platforms include Nokia NIAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Nokia Single Sign-On (SSO), Red Hat Directory Services (LDAP), and Microsoft. Authentication federation and unified login across these technologies.
