IP Network Solution Manager

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking

an experienced IP Network Solution Manager to join our ICT business team in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for developing IP network solutions, supporting pre‑sales activities, managing customer engagements, and driving business opportunities from solution design to contract closure.

The ideal candidate should possess strong IP networking expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop customer‑focused technical solutions within enterprise and telecom environments.

• Develop IP network and cybersecurity solutions based on customer and business requirements
• Prepare quotations, High‑Level Designs (HLD), technical proposals, and solution documentation for tenders and customer opportunities
• Manage end‑to‑end pre‑sales activities and support business development initiatives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Attend customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to support solution positioning
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through contract closure
• Conduct competitor analysis, market analysis, and technology trend assessments
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and enablement support to internal sales and technical teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s Degree or above in:

• Telecommunications Engineering
• Computer Science
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Information Technology
• Or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years of experience within ICT, telecom, or enterprise networking environments
• Strong understanding of IP networking and cybersecurity technologies including:
  • Routing & Switching
  • MPLS
  • VPLS
  • IP VPN
  • Firewall Technologies
  • EDR Solutions
• Strong experience in IP network solution design and network architecture
• Experience preparing BoQ, commercial design, quotations, and technical proposals
• Strong customer‑facing, presentation, and communication skills
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Cisco CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certifications
• Experience in enterprise or telecom network presales environments
• Strong understanding of emerging IP networking trends and technologies
