We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Security Team Lead with strong enterprise project delivery experience, customer‑facing consulting capabilities, and proven team leadership skills.
The ideal candidate should be capable of leading complex network and cybersecurity projects, mentoring technical teams, supporting pre‑sales activities, and acting as a technical escalation point for customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Network and Security Engineers, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex network and cybersecurity issues.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network and security solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architectures.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Ensure project activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, BOM preparation, technical proposals, and customer workshops.
- Develop and review High‑Level Designs (HLD), Low‑Level Designs (LLD), Scope of Work (SOW) implementation plans and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for solution design escalations and technical support.
- Drive technical governance, best practices, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.
- Assist management in resource planning, project allocation, and technical capability enhancement.
- Excellent knowledge and hands‑on experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions including Firewalls, Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW), IPS/IDS, Network Access Control, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clear Pass, Forti
NAC, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Operations Center (SOC) platforms, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Application Delivery Controllers (ADC), and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. - Strong L3-level implementation, troubleshooting, and operational experience with Cisco Security, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clear Pass, Forti
NAC, Cyber Ark or equivalent PAM solutions, Duo MFA, Citrix WAF, and enterprise SIEM/SOC platforms. - Extensive hands‑on experience with enterprise networking technologies including Cisco Catalyst Switching, Cisco Software‑Defined Access (SDA), Cisco Wireless, Aruba Networking, Dell Networking enterprise Routing, Switching, Data Center Networking, and high‑availability network architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, VLANs, STP, Ether Channel, QoS, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, SD‑WAN, VPN technologies, network segmentation, micro‑segmentation, and secure network design principles.
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network and security infrastructures across campus, branch, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), vulnerability management platforms, cybersecurity risk assessments, security audits, compliance assessments, and remediation planning.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, incident response processes, security operations, threat management, and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud networking and security concepts across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Ability to develop and review high‑level designs (HLD), low‑level designs (LLD), scope of work (SOW), technical proposals, implementation plans, migration strategies, and as‑built documentation.
- Strong capability to translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide technical leadership during project execution, and act as the highest level of technical escalation for complex enterprise network and cybersecurity environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise‑scale infrastructure and security projects.
- Ability to demonstrate deep expertise in Network Architecture, Routing & Switching, and Information Security.
- Strong customer‑facing consulting and solution design experience.
- Self‑driven with a proactive ownership mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
- CCIE (Enterprise / Data Center / Security) - Preferred.
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise.
- Cisco CCNP Security.
- Cisco Data Center Certifications.
- Palo Alto PCNSE.
- Forti Net NSE4 or above.
- Cisco SDA and Cisco ISE Certifications.
