Responsibilities
- Own the Middle East growth strategy across target markets, segments, and priority verticals.
- Drive regional revenue outcomes across new business, expansion, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Build local traction through direct sales, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
- Develop relationships with agencies, technology partners, and Meta ecosystem players.
- Localize Wati’s market approach by applying deep understanding of regional customer expectations and business norms.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product, and Rev Ops to ensure seamless regional execution.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, GTM, sales, or regional management.
- Deep expertise in the Middle East market, specifically within the UAE, KSA, and broader GCC.
- Proven track record of building revenue in new or developing markets.
- Experience scaling SaaS, Mar Tech, CPaaS, or B2B technology products.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including executive-level negotiations and demonstrations.
- High level of operating discipline regarding pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Arabic language capability.
- Experience with the Whats App Business API or the Meta ecosystem.
- Experience building a market from 0 to 1.
- Existing professional network across Middle East SaaS, agencies, or e-commerce communities.
- High ownership and visibility within a global, high-growth company.
