Overview

Job Description The E-Commerce Manager will play a key role in driving online sales and revenue through effective e-commerce strategies and digital marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for managing the hotel's online presence, optimizing direct online bookings, and enhancing the overall digital customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online bookings and revenue for the hotel.
  • Manage the hotel's online distribution channels, including the official website, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other online booking platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns that target key customer segments and drive direct bookings.
  • Ensure the hotel's online presence is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience to increase visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with online distribution partners, third-party vendors, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and online travel to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of online booking processes, revenue management, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, channel management tools, and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
