We are hiring a Sales Manager to join a leading artificial intelligence and data solutions consultancy in Dubai. Our client helps businesses unlock the power of their data by designing bespoke machine learning models, predictive analytics platforms, and advanced automation tools. This is a pivotal hire to support the company during a phase of rapid regional expansion.

As the Sales Manager, you will lead the regional commercial strategy and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping organizations identify how data and AI can solve their complex business challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to structure commercial proposals and win major consultation projects.

• 6+ years of technology sales experience, with a focus on data or advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of how data solutions and AI deliver tangible business value.
• Proven capability to sell high ticket consulting services or complex technical solutions.
• Strong experience building relationships with C-level executives and tech leaders.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills with a collaborative approach to solution selling.
• Prior experience working within a technology consultancy or systems integrator.
