Summary

We are looking for a driven SEM Performance Executive to join our Dubai team. You will own day-to-day bid management, budget decisions, and competitive monitoring across Google Ads, working closely with our analysts and AI engineers who build the tools and infrastructure that power the channel. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who is commercially motivated, takes ownership naturally, and wants to grow in an environment where results are visible and rewarded.

Why This Role?

Compensation: AED 3,600-3,700 per month base, with uncapped performance commission.

This is a role built for a hunter, not a passenger. The base salary reflects a junior entry point, but the earning potential does not. As you push Printerpix's SEM performance across Europe, the Middle East, and India, driving incremental revenue through precise bid management, competitive positioning, and our proprietary analytics infrastructure, your commission grows directly with the profit you generate.

Performers who master the channel and leverage our technology to its full potential have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and adjust Google Ads bids and budget allocations on a regular basis, responding to performance signals as they emerge rather than on a fixed review cycle.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor ads, offers, and positioning. Identify shifts in the market that are affecting our performance and work with the team to respond quickly.
  • Our internal tools are built to give you visibility and speed. You will become fluent in these dashboards and use them as your primary workspace to identify opportunities and track outcomes.
  • Whether it is a keyword gap, a budget reallocation, or a competitor offer that needs a response, you are proactive about surfacing and acting on what will move the numbers.
  • Paid search is a craft that rewards people who go deep. You will be expected to develop your expertise over time, using every resource available including AI tools, internal knowledge, and your own initiative.

  • Commercially minded: You understand that this role exists to generate revenue, and you take that seriously. You are motivated by measurable outcomes and want to work somewhere your contribution is clearly visible.
  • Proactive and self-directed: You do not need to be told what to look at. When something looks off, you investigate. When you spot an opportunity, you act on it or raise it immediately.
  • Resourceful: You find answers. Whether through AI tools, online research, or asking the right questions internally, you do not sit on problems. This matters more to us than any specific technical background.
  • Comfortable with data: You do not need a quantitative degree or coding experience. You do need to be comfortable working with numbers daily, reading dashboards, and drawing quick conclusions from what you see.
  • Eager to grow: This role has a real learning curve and we expect that. What we need is someone who approaches that curve with energy and takes ownership of their own development from day one.
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on Google Ads experience: You have managed live Google Ads campaigns, touched bids and budgets directly, and understand what happens when you make changes. Experience with Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns is a strong advantage.
