The Performance Marketing Specialist will drive strategic growth across digital marketing channels. This position is designed for an analytical thinker who is passionate about data-driven strategies and is eager to optimise campaigns for maximum performance. The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  • Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends and opportunities
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to complement paid efforts
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Nice to Have
  • Experience in e-commerce or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for numbers and data interpretation
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques

    Strong budget management and ROI analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and performance marketing best practices
