• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Information Technology, Engineering) or a related technical field
• Certified by one of the worldwide accredited providers in field of software testing, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)

• Understand how invoices flow from capture to General Ledger posting, including AP concepts, PO matching, tax rules, and various payment methods
• Experience in testing end-to-end invoice processes, managing realistic test data, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to validate real-world workflows

• Experience in Oracle application framework
• Experience in PL/SQL
• Experience in Oracle workflows
• Experience in integrated SOA gateway

• Apply testing/validation during design and requirements phase
• Implement automated tests with continuous testing practices
• Produce metrics such as test coverage, response times, and defect rates
• Define quality gates based on risk tolerance and business priorities
• Define detailed risk‑based test approach and strategy for Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)
• Proficient in risk‑based test planning, test data management, and collaboration with developers, QA, and operations
• Convert functional requirements to risk‑based test plans
• Reusable data‑driven test cases with mapping to requirements (traceability matrix)
• Use Customer Test Management System (Jira plugin – Qmetry) for test management activities such as test design, execution, reporting
• Define detailed Test Plan including schedule, milestones, objectives, scope, tests, entry/exit criteria, risks, execution plan, traceability, evidence, defect management and triage

• Create practical test data plan for creating, managing, and validating test data
• Create test data efficiently considering anonymization, randomness, coverage, re‑usability, integrity and data formats for reliability, privacy and reproducibility

• Create automation tests in a framework compatible with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)
• Conduct system integration testing for cross‑product integrations using ICDs and architectural documents
• Design and implement robust, data‑driven automated API tests to verify API correctness, performance, and reliability
• Experience in contract testing
• Architect, build, and maintain test automation framework for end‑to‑end invoice processing flows

• Produce clear, organized test reports with results, defects, insights, and traceable metrics for manual and automation executions
• Provide test reporting in agreed time frames locally for each project deliverable with status information such as:
  • % tests planned vs. executed
  • % tests passed, failed, blocked, or skipped
  • New defects opened this week
  • Defects closed/resolved
  • Outstanding defects with severity levels
  • Requirements/features covered vs. remaining
  • Problems potentially impacting testing or delivery
  • Risks to schedule or quality with mitigation plans
  • Status of test environments
  • Plan for next week (tests, defects to retest)
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnose issues across platforms, reproduce defects, verify fixes in multi‑application UAT
• Log defects with accurate contents (summary, impact, steps, evidence)

• Define entry/exit criteria for each testing stage to ensure early defect identification

• Participate and contribute to daily standups, bug triages, refinements, sprint retros, PI planning, sprint planning
• Raise risks and dependencies early in SDLC
• Collaborate strongly with software engineers, product owners, agile delivery managers, data engineers, and IT operations
