SQL, Timescale
DB, Click House, Doris, Redis and other database platforms. Monitor database health, connections, locks, replication lag, storage usage, CPU, memory, I/O and query performance. Handle production incidents related to database availability, latency, deadlocks, connection failures, and data consistency.
- Design and improve database reliability, scalability and fault tolerance.
- Build database monitoring dashboards and alerting rules using Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch or similar tools.
- Define SLO/SLA metrics for database availability, query latency, replication delay and recovery time.
- Automate routine database operations using scripts, scheduled jobs and infrastructure tooling.
- Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident improvement planning.
Analyze and optimize slow SQL queries. Design and maintain indexes, partitions, materialized views and table structures. Optimize large trading, transaction, commission, payment and reporting tables.
