In this role, you will be in a key position to fully take advantage of our products and the huge interest for Apple in the local market to drive our sales to the next level.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist for MEA, you will implement and scale comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve Apple’s Channel sales objectives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Worldwide, Central and regional cross‑functional teams to oversee the digital marketing channel performance & effectiveness
- Scale industry leading digital marketing executions, best practices, tools & resources to support our sales teams in executing high quality and impactful campaigns
- Lead development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned to the overall business goals especially focused on lower funnel tactics aimed at driving online sales
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and platform partners supporting execution of digital campaigns across all digital marketing channels
- Influence internal stakeholders and agencies to create asset requirements for deployment across all digital platforms and touch points within Channel sales
- Track, analyse and make recommendations on key digital marketing campaign KPIs and metrics providing teams with actionable insights & improvements for future campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to maximise budget effectiveness and efficiency utilising latest testing methodologies and industry tools
- Provide industry leading consultation on digital marketing best practices, trends, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and market research
- 5+ years industry and/or agency experience in digital commerce/marketing, with demonstrated experience developing and driving eCommerce sales strategy is a must
- Proven ability to develop a strategy and drive objectives through multi‑faceted marketing partnerships (brand, channel partners, marketing platforms & agencies)
- Demonstrated experience supporting a global digital marketing centre of excellence and driving data‑driven decision making within an organization
- Deep understanding and utilisation of various digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and modern marketing tech stacks
- Experience working with global digital technology teams to support design and inclusion of digital marketing requirements in the global product roadmap
- Proven ability working with advanced analysis tools (eg. Tableau, BI Applications), leveraging digital marketing data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to thrive within a complex matrix organization, driving business objectives through influence
- Advanced experience in Paid Search including Google Shopping, Affiliates, CRM, Social with Conversions goal
- Arabic speaking highly preferred
