One of our clients - a well-established leading organization is looking to hire for an IT Support professional.
Below is the job description:
The appointed IT personnel shall provide technical and operational support for the grants management platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of the grants portal
- Configure and update application forms, workflows, and system settings
- Support the setup and launch of funding rounds, including portal readiness and deployment testing
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for tracking applications, evaluations, budgets, and portfolio performance
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the portal provider
- Identify and log system bugs and issues, and validate implemented fixes
- Verify vendor deliverables prior to approving milestones or payments
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system updates
- Maintain data integrity, system performance, and compliance with data security and governance requirements
- Perform any other related technical or system support tasks necessary for the effective operation of the grants platform
