We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in Power
BI, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power
BI dashboards and reports. - Translate complex business requirements into meaningful insights and visualizations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure high accuracy, data integrity, and consistency in reporting.
- Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- 3‑5 years of experience in Power
BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics. - Expert‑level Power
BI (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting). - Strong knowledge of DAX formulas.
- Proficiency in Python for data handling, automation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
365. - Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards).
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to handle large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and reporting needs.
