Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM platforms, improving customer engagement, driving data-driven decision-making, and aligning CRM initiatives with sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:CRM Strategy & Management:
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value
- Own end-to-end CRM operations including data management, segmentation, workflows, and automation
- Ensure CRM systems are aligned with business objectives and customer journeys
- Analyze customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for growth
- Develop dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with data policies
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to optimize CRM usage
- Support campaign planning, lead nurturing, and pipeline management
- Act as the primary CRM point of contact across the organization
- Design and implement CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and automation
- Improve customer communication through personalized and targeted messaging
- Identify and implement system enhancements and integrations
- Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices
- Develop CRM documentation, SOPs, and usage guidelines
- Monitor user adoption and continuously improve CRM effectiveness
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 8 plus years of experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and CRM best practices
- Experience in CRM analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Work Mode: ONSITE - Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 6‑12 years
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 9am‑6pm
