ECommerce Analytics — Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager eCommerce (Data Analyst) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for tracking and analyzing eCommerce performance across platforms, including sales trends, customer behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness. It involves managing product listings, pricing, inventory data and content accuracy on marketplaces and brand-owned channels. The Assistant Manager prepares regular dashboards and reports, generates actionable insights, and partners with marketing and sales teams to optimize digital campaigns, promotions and customer journeys.
They also support demand forecasting, coordinate with operations to ensure order fulfillment efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement of the online experience.
Location - Dubai, UAE (need Mumbai/Kolkata based to relocate)
