Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead ITHR’s global revenue growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy, driving enterprise customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and scaling a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, and a demonstrated ability to build predictable revenue streams in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Strategy

    Develop and execute ITHR global sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets; drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts; identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and revenue channels; establish and manage sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and performance reporting.

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership

    Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure; build relationships with senior decision-makers including C-level executives and business leaders; lead complex enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders; develop and implement account-based sales strategies for key target accounts.

  • Team Building & Management

    Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team; establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation and demand creation efforts; collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer feedback influences product evolution; support the development of market positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strategic Partnerships

    Identify and cultivate channel, technology, and strategic alliance partnerships; develop partner-led revenue opportunities and expansion strategies; represent ITHR at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions with complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI, Video Technology, Mar Tech, HRTech, Learning Platforms, Employee Engagement Solutions, or Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or large enterprise organizations.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
