Emaratech in Dubai seeks an IT Support Executive to ensure proper computer operation, helping end users efficiently accomplish tasks. Responsibilities include resolving user requests, performing hands-on fixes, and conducting preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
The ideal candidate has a college diploma in Computer Sciences or IT, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Previous certifications from Cisco or Microsoft are added advantages. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.
