Responsibilities
- The Junior Technical Support Engineer will support customers with technical issues related to cybersecurity products and solutions
- They will assist the senior team and help ensure smooth service delivery for the cybersecurity reseller team in Dubai
- Provide first level technical support for cybersecurity products and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or management when required
- Assist in maintaining support processes and procedures
- Support documentation of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
